The ghostly characters are found in the streets of Kreuzberg. I spotted these particular ones last summer, in July 2006. The plan is to keep my eyes open and "collect" more sightings.
In Finland making graffiti and street art is a criminal act. The government uses a lot of money fighting it and hunting down and punishing these horrid villains, who dare to call themselves artists. Reclaim the streets - in Finland the public space seems to be owned by corporations and it is dedicated solely to paid advertisements.
